It is our honor to invite you to a work-in-progress screening of BEFORE RUMBULA, the first part of Mitch Lieber’s long-anticipated documentary film series. The screening will be followed by a Q&A with filmmaker Mitch Lieber and Prof. George Schwab (Vice President of the Jewish Survivors of Latvia).
Tickets are free and limited in quantity.

Sun. Nov. 23, 2025 – YIZKOR
The Jewish Survivors of Latvia will host its annual Yizkor service and luncheon in New York City on Sun. Nov. 23rd.

Annual membership dues of $25/per person are required to attend this event and additional donations are welcome as well.
If you are interested in making a short presentation about a relative or family member who either passed away or survived the Holocaust, please reach out to us. We can help you create a PowerPoint presentation and work with you on a speech. This can also be an ideal bar or bat mitzvah project or teenage activity. We are looking to make the Yizkor service more interactive so that it crosses over to future generations.
